Lisa and Sarah visit the X-ray Attenuation and Coefficient Data Reference Center at NIST, aka Granddaddy's office. Anne, Lisa and Sarah took a trip to DC and Houston to visit family while Glen had to stay home and work since he didn't have enough vacation time to take off.

Next, Lisa, Sarah and Anne went to Houston to visit Shelton, Dot, Jonathan, Wesley and Laura.

A bedtime story before all the kids settled down. Shelton and Dottie had planned to have the girls sleep in the same room with me, but they were having such fun with their cousins that all the kids decided to sleep in Jonathan and Wesley's room in a big slumber party.

Aunt Anne and Laura Anne, who share a birthday and thus a name.

The office building we worked in was two stories high around an interior courtyard. From the second story balcony, you could look down into the trees. This year a hummingbird made her nest in one of them.

And eventually we saw the baby hummingbirds, too.

Dr. Katz was our favorite pediatrician. He knew all the girls. We finally had to give up seeing him when insurance plans changed, much to our dismay.

Aunt Ruth and Uncle Tom visited us when they came to see Uncle Tom's family in the area, other McGreevys.

We liked our own waterbed and decided to get them for the girls, too.

Lisa had expressed a strong desire to have a clown at her birthday party, so Gaby (our daycare provider) indulged her by hiring Clownzo.

The kids were all intent on whatever Clownzo was doing.

First day of Kindergarten for Lisa.

Glen took a trip to Tampa to visit with Roger and Dad. They of course went fishing.

Cobber (dog) kept the guys company.

Lisa and Sarah were princesses for Halloween. They decorated their shirts for the occasion.

Glen cooked the Thanksgiving turkey on the grill. As I recall, it was pretty good.

We actually had snow at our house in Sepulveda. This is a once-every-twenty-year occurance.

Lisa got to play Mary in the Christmas Pageant at Knollwood UMC.

Anne's parents joined us for Christmas.

Lisa and Sarah in their Christmas dresses.

The girls gleefully helped Grandmommy go sledding. We found this snow part way up Mt. Pinos.

Lisa and Sarah enjoy their blocks.

We toured the San Fernando Mission with Grandmommy and Granddaddy.

At a park in Chatsworth.
