Winter 2000

All seven Coopers in front of the decorated house.

Alan enjoys the sunshine in the front yard.

Roger and Alan play together well -- sometimes!

January 18th. I took the boys to the park, since the weather was beautiful. Alan is now big enough to enjoy the swings.

Roger insisted on having his doll take a nap with him.

Alan is actually standing all by himself while he inspects the lavender in the front yard.

"It's Greek to Me!" The original musical written by the Musical Show Production Class. Some of the music was borrowed from other musicals, but the lyrics and dialog were all created by the class members, of which Lisa is one. She's the 'dead' person marked by an arrow. The play revolved around the hunt for a husband for Aphrodite and took place on Mt. Olympus and in Hades' realm. The 'dead' were far from inanimate.

Here's Lisa in her speaking role, announcing Aphrodite's disappearance.

Happy 1st birthday, Alan! He's sitting on Molly McGreevy's lap, with Emily McGreevy next to him. We had homemade pizza because Alan likes it and could actually eat some of the crust and a bit of the flavor.

Alan played peekaboo with me while I made cookies. Sometimes he'd wave goodbye, then duck behind the bench back, before popping back up. I love the tongue sticking out when he gets excited.
