Santa Barbara Zoo



Alan checks the map to make sure we head out the right way. Roger had to have one too, of course.




Roger was excited to see the elephants.




Later, we watched them getting their toes groomed.

All five Cooper children were greeted by the sea lion. He swam by repeatedly, sticking his head up when he came by them.




This anteater was impressive.




The giraffes are always entertaining.




The boys were excited to see a freight train go by. The tracks are adjacent to the zoo.




Lisa discovered the foxes hiding just below her feet on a ledge high above the bulk of their designated area.




Can you see them just under the chicken wire?




Merecats are back at the zoo!




Sarah makes sure Alan can see the turtle.




These woodpeckers have riddled this tree with holes.
