You can walk inside this caboose.
Nasturtiums were blooming all over the place.
Adjacent to the Station is Lake Caneros.

The koots here were very protective of their babies, but not
nearly as shy as those at Y-Camp.
We walked all the way around the lake, and back up to Stow House, the oldest
farm in Santa Barbara County. We didn't tour the house, but the outdoor
farm museum is neat. And inside the old barn are some Spanish cannon that
washed up on shore over 100 years ago.
Then we drove into Santa Barbara to play at the park across from the pier.
It has great concrete sculptures of whales around the playground equipment that
is made to resemble a boat and a lighthouse.
Roger wanted me to take this picture. :)
The park was also beautifully landscaped.
