Rancheria Falls



We decided to take the handicap-accessible trail to see Rancheria Ralls. It was roughly a mile long with some elevation change.

Aunt Beth spotted this moth.




Christmas trees in their natural habitat. Grandma was picking her favorites and Alan wanted to put stars on the tops.





I spotted an adult pheasant at the beginning of the hike and this pheasant family next to the parking lot after the hike.




After the lightening strikes, fire crews were working to suppress hot spots. We saw this helicopter do several trips with a load of water. (CLC)
