The kids regard the trip to Cedar Point Amusement Park as one of the high points
of the whole trip.

This reminds me of the determined elves in The Santa Clause 2. (CLC)

Also waiting. (CLC)
This is the ride. (CLC)

Alan and I did our own thing while the most adventuresome
did the big roller coasters.
We watched these ducks for awhile.
And had frozen smoothies for lunch.
There were fish in the water.
We rode the River Boat, twice, and listened to the very corny
patter.
For instance, Alan liked this one, "What do the bears call a camper
in a hammock?" "Breakfast in bed."
I can't believe Roger rode Millenium, seen here from the 'river'.
Some of us walked over to the beach and tried the water.
Alan found the kids' playground on the map.

musical note, like a xylophone.
Glen helps the boys fill and then lift the bucket.
Somewhat random sign: part of the park reflects the history of
the area. This sign is of interest to the Coopers because
that's our personal family history -- walking over to the
Firelands.
Uncle Roger wanted to do the Ferris Wheel before leaving. (CLC)
So he did. (CLC)
Meanwhile, Alan and I did the water ride again. (CLC)
At the end of the day, Alan and Roger decided to both
enjoy the kid-sized bumper cars.
