Wow, we're all in the same picture! We took advantage of Lisa being here briefly in April to visit college friends. We all drove her to UCSB, picked up Sarah, and took pictures at Goleta Beach before having dinner together.

John Howard Hubbell succumbed to a second round of pneumonia after a massive stroke on March 31st. QualityLogic had these flowers delivered in his memory. We miss him greatly, but take comfort from knowing that his was a life well lived. He was just 9 days away from his 82nd birthday and he had gone to the office the day before suffering the stroke on February 18th.

Alan likes to climb the California Pepper trees outside the gym while Roger goes to basketball practice.

Roger likes the trees, too. Both boys are in one this time.

Also outside the gym, squirrels and rabbits!

The baby squirrels were pretty cute.

There is also a large patch of honeysuckle at Arroyo Vista Park (where the gym is).

Alan made a paper campfire and a 'Club Penguin' sign for his bed, home to many penguins.

Roger balances well.

Sarah was here on May 19th, definitely close enough to the real day (May 20th) to warrent a cake, despite the house being problematic.

Jenny's friends, Heather and Meghan, were the prime organizers of the end-of-year Band Banquet with pirate theme. So Jenny ended up helping out because that's fun when done with friends. She's signing us in when we arrived at the Reagan Library for the event.

One of the things they'd done that afternoon was arrange the table decorations.

The seniors are up front being lauded and given a parting gift.

Jenny sat with her friends while we lucked out at a table with Chris and Lisa Manners, other band parents who also happen to be fellow Y-Campers from Camp Sequoia.

John McGreevy turned 50 in April. Molly managed to pull off a genuine surprise party for him at Topper's Pizza. Numerous family members came, as did members of his running club, and the usual suspects which include us.

John, Glen, Andy, and Gary. Sandy's hidden.

I brought Apples-to-Apples Jr to the last two Each One Teach One sessions.

Jesus won at his table and was very excited.

Roger made his costume for the Viking-themed day at school.
