Cedar Point

Raptor is one of the first big rides you encounter on entering the park.

Yes, everyone (except Alan and me) went on Top Thrill Dragster, even Roger!

Alan actually tried the bumper cars.

And Roger took Alan on Jr. Gemini.

As usual, Alan and I walked around and enjoyed seeing all sorts of things.

We watched the fish in the water at the base of Iron Dragon.

The fog machines around Iron Dragon are pretty neat.

Alan just about disappeared at times.

They were starting to set up for Halloween.

I got a kick out of the gravedigger car.

The old farm equipment was interesting.

Alan insisted on recording this turkey.

And this little red-wing bird.

Thunder storms had been predicted for the day, but we took a chance and went anyway. As it turned out, we could see the storms, but they never quite covered Cedar Point.

I insisted that Alan accompany me on the river boat. We listened to all the corny jokes and watched the flying machine not quite get airborne.

We all met up for lunch and had Chinese food. Steph was startled when this green bug landed on her.

More wildlife.. We kept getting glimpses of a bunny in the kids' area.

Heading back out to home along the causeway.

A gorgeous sunset was visible from the causeway out over Sandusky Bay.
