House on Fitzwater

One of the houses we had to look at was this one on Fitzwater. The Coopers lived in this house when Glen was little. They sold it in ___ to the person who is now selling it. So it's on the market for the first time since the Coopers sold it, __ years ago.

Living room.

Kitchen. A breakfast nook had been added by extending the house out the back.

Stairs to the bedrooms.

Space at the top of the stairs. Apparently Glen had this as 'his' space for a time.

The kids' bedroom upstairs.

Attic storage, accessed through a door from the kids' bedroom.

Basement fireplace. The Coopers had this put in.

The paneling that Grandpa put in.

Grandpa did this tile job. It's held up amazingly well.

Backyard.

The neighbors built a huge house that overshadows the yard.

Front yard.

Grandma chats with the current owner.
