Lisa's Visit

Lisa decided to come spend a week in Ohio for her 'Spring Break'. She timed it to coincide with the boys' break from school and the McGreevys' visit.
Lisa brought cool stuff with her, including an egg-dying kit!

A vintage game of Battleships came out of her suitcase.

Also assorted reading material.

Lisa models her new earrings from Aunt Wendy.

Lisa treated us all to dinner at The Macaroni Grill.

Roger enjoyed scribbling on the tablecloth (paper - you're supposed to do this!).

Here's Alan's contribution.

Lisa also treated us to the Science Center. We spent Easter Sunday exploring it. It wasn't crowded, but there were a disproportionate number of people wearing yarmulkes. This device sent a torus of steam/smoke? in the air when the circular plate was depressed.

Alan generating some electricity.

Building an arch from foam blocks.

Glen's blue jacket disappeared when using the blue screen technique.

The boys had fun with disembodied parts.

Turning the thermal sensor on Roger was illuminating.

And as a bonus, you could exit to the patio and walk down to see the ship anchored just below the Science Center and the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

Lisa collects her hugs before hitting the road. However, this is not the full story of her visit. The rest is intertwined with the McGreevys, so check out that link.
