Hikes

Sunday, December 22nd: Glen, Jenny, and Anne take a towpath hike from Brecksville Station. Glen wanted to try out his new camera.

We were curious about the equipment on the tracks, apparently doing repairs.

On December 26th, we all went for a hike at Beaver Marsh.

While we didn't actually spot any beavers, it was clear they're active in the area.

They dammed up the canalway which then created the wetlands.

December 30th: some of us hiked down the steps in the backyard and then down the creek.

We were intrigued with the ice crystals in the leaves.

Just waiting for this tree to topple over some year. It didn't, not even with a push from Chris. Just kidding!
