Yes, there's a cabin hiding in there.
April 27th: Beaver Marsh. This is a piece of the Ohio & Erie Canal
The marsh - wetlands created by enterprising beavers in the 1980's after volunteers
cleared away junked cars, tires, old toilets, and other trash.
May 5th: Brandywine Falls, loop trail. Glen, Jerry, and Anne did this hike.
May 22nd: Mill Stream Run Reservation in Strongsville. We hiked a portion of the Red mountain bike trail
and then crossed the stream and picked up the Sugar Bush hiking trail.
May 30th: We hiked into the CVNP from our neighborhood, entering via Hickory Ridge.
There's a former homestead with cistern, foundation, and car parts still to be seen.
This is the creek that runs behind our house. Rather than hike back up it,
we chose to cross it and continue on the Buckeye Trail.
We cut over on the bridle trail to the end of Parkview Rd.
When we got to Meadows Dr, I'd had enough of a hike.
Glen hiked through the woods, across the creek, and back
up to the house. He then drove back over to pick me up.
While waiting, I experimented with my camera's macro capability.
