California Trip #1

San Jose

On Wednesday, June 20th Mother, Alan, and Anne drove up the 101 to San Jose to see the Leóns.

We stayed with Oscar and Gladys, such gracious hosts. GreatGrandmother enjoying more time with the little greats.

It's apricot season! Nayla is helping Grandpa Oscar pick fruit.

Olivia and Gladys came out to observe.

We enjoyed a leisurely late lunch at Omega Cafe.

Friday morning. Ready to walk to the park.

Sarah and Chris were at work and Gladys had an all-day event, so Oscar and Anne did daycare. Everyone survived.

Monday, June 26th. Sarah is now officially on summer break from teaching and Chris was taking the week off. They planned to do a mini-vacation with Oscar and Gladys that week. Oscar had reserved a beach condo for the group. Alan and I picked up sandwiches and brought them over for lunch.
