We wanted to take a short hike, just to enjoy the sun. So we tried parking by the CVNP HQ buildings on Riverview and walking across the railroad tracks towards the river.
We wanted to take a short hike, just to enjoy the sun. So we
tried parking by the CVNP HQ buildings on Riverview and walking across
the railroad tracks towards the river.
The recent rains had left the trail rather marshy, so we attempted a detour,
but shortly gave up. The deer trek through here with agility - not us.
We ended up walking around to the other HQ buildings and then
returning to the car.
at least we'd gotten outside, though!
