We watched the car ahead of us swerve, and then we, too, slid a little coming down this hill.

The snow was sparkling in the sun, and refracting the light into different colors. The front step looked like someone had sprinkled glitter on it.

More sparkles, but I wasn't at the right angle to see the prism effect.

March 6th: sunrise in the front yard

The sunlight was bouncing off the snowflakes as they fell, making a dazzling show of falling glitter - hard to capture in a picture.
