A pair of black squirrels amused Alan and me at Kent.

Sarah & Chris bought their home! They didn't have to move; now they own their condo instead of renting it.

Lisa and Robyn enjoy Trunk or Treat at Robyn's parents' church.

Lisa received a WOW award at Zenlayer. She has been quite successful at popularizing the company's online presence and gaining followers. Her blogs are well-received.

Home-grown apples from our not-really-a-granny-smith apple tree!

There were enough to make this apple crisp, plus freeze 2-pies-worth of apple slices.

And then we went to Sunny Slopes on October 19th and bought a bunch more apples, 3 bushels worth. Our preferred Northern Spys had just come in, so we got a bunch of those, plus some Jonagolds and Honeycrisps. 128 lbs altogether, plus a small bag of a new variety, Rosalee, which are excellent for just eating plain. Anne canned 42.5 quarts of applesauce.

Glen replaced the cracked corian island insert with a larger sheet of stainless steel.

It will be great for rolling pie crust or cookies.

He finished the edge with black epoxy.

Lisa pauses for a festive picture while out holiday shopping.
