Alison, Khy, and Rhys took over a table just outside the main room.
Margie awarded certificates of appreciation to outgoing board members and
committee chairs. To my surprise, I got one, by virtue of doing the
Hall of Fame committee.
Margie had two for Anne's mother, despite her not being there, so I took them
along to Gaithersburg and presented them in person.
And then it was time to present the Hall of Fame awards.
Margie knew our committee had chosen to award one to Rick Hubble for his
9 years of service as editor, plus a lot of research work. But she didn't
know we had also agreed to give her one to honor all her hard work.
