Anne stayed for 2 weeks, while Glen went home to work and then returned with Roger for an extended Memorial Day weekend.

Lily's favorite destination for a walk. It's about 3/4 of a mile from home.
David orders with the mobile app, puts on a mask, and he and Lily go inside to
get the order while the rest wait in the shade.
Lily is a favorite there and
frequently scores a doughnut hole, plus David gets her a juice or chocolate milk.
On the walk back home, Lily generally likes to stop and admire the decorating
a neighbor does in the common green space.
And she stops to pick some dandelions at home.
Rose is working on crawling. At the beginning of the visit, she was doing
army crawls, especially when motivated to get to a screen.

Walks generally include a return stop at the green space by the bridge.
Lily and Grandma made a point of looking at the moss and appreciating the big tree.
We also enjoyed the butterflies by the water's edge.

David rode his e-bike to and from Shelly's house to make room for me to ride in the car
with Jenny and the girls. It's about 2.5 miles across town to her house on Arden.
He has a childseat for the bike, but hasn't quite convinced Lily to try it out yet.
